Prior to forming Brandt Design Group in 1995, Deborah was the Director of Interior Design for The Stichler Design Group (now NTD Architects) in San Diego where she managed financial and human resources for the interiors division of this architectural firm. She also provided full-scope project management and interior design services from programming to construction administration phases. Prior to joining Stichler, Deborah was a Senior Project Manager/Senior Interior Designer for Jain Malkin Inc., a La Jolla based healthcare design firm.

Michelle Hamm brings over 21 years’ experience to our team of healthcare design professionals. Prior to joining Brandt Design Group in 1999, Michelle was an Interiors Architect with The Stichler Design Group (now NTD Architects) in San Diego where she managed various national and international healthcare projects. Prior to joining Stichler, Michelle worked with the interiors group of Hope Design Group, Michael Downs AIA and Associates, and Ware Malcomb Architects.

Deanna D’Addario-Martinez has 14 years of experience in the interior design industry. Prior to joining Brandt Design Group in 2002, Deanna was a Senior Project Manager/Designer at Jain Malkin Inc. where she was responsible for all phases of healthcare projects including: space planning, interior architectural design, specifications of finishes, furniture, and signage. Prior to joining Jain Malkin Inc., Deanna was a Designer/Project Manager for AHSC Architects in Tarrytown, New York.
PAULA STICKNEY, SENIOR DESIGNER

Paula Stickney joined the interior design industry in 1983 and brings over 23 years' experience to our team of design professionals. Prior to joining Brandt Design Group in 2004, Paula was the Managing Director and Project Manager for Ericson and Associates, a commercial interiors firm based in San Diego. Paula’s responsibilities included all phases of project management for new construction and tenant improvement design projects. Prior to her position at Ericson and Associates, Paula was the Design Director (and Project Manager) for Designcorp, a commercial interior design and space planning firm.
